PICS: Master floors Mohali!

NEI INDIA via Daily.Bhaskar Mohali: Kings XI Punjab hosted Mumbai Indians in Mohali on Wednesday, and though the Kings lost, the atmosphere around the ground was that of general bonhomie. The spectators reserved their loudest cheers not for Maxwell or Sehwag, but for a man dressed in MI blues. Sachin Tendulkar conquered Mohali like only he can, so much so that Kings’ co-owner Preity Zinta was also enamoured by Master’s aura.
Post match, Virender Sehwag went up to Tendulkar and humbly touched his feet in a remarkable mark of reverence. The duo has played together for India for over a decade, and Sehwag is known to be an avid cricket fan. His recent gesture only strengthened that view.
